Main Responsabilities:

  • To perform the II level controls connected with data quality, in line with internal and external regulations on the subject, paying particular attention to data fed into internal models.
  • To identify possible areas of improvement and monitor the implementation of specific remedial actions for any identified critical issues within the process of II level Data Quality controls.
  • To periodically prepare and report informational flows regarding planning, progress status and outcomes of II level Data Quality control activities, illustrating the performed verifications, identified areas of improvement, and necessary remedial actions, also for the purpose of presenting to corporate bodies and other functions.
  • Contribute to the implementation of the Data Quality framework, also based on the evidence gathered as part of the control activities carried out, with the involvement of the competent Group structures, in line with Data Governance framework.
  • To support in definition, implementation and maintenance of the credit lending policies, regulation and respective procedures in accordance with parent Company and Local regulatory ones;
  • To support, senior specialist/ head of office in collaboration with the competent Parent Company structures, the development of the credit risk systems, processes ensuring the coherence with Basel IV regulation and international best practices;

Required skills, qualifications and knowledge

  1. Bachelor degree in business informatics (preferred) or related fields;
  2. Good command of MS Office (Excel is a must, Power Point), Python (with Pandas, NumPy, and financial libraries or Programming skills and experience on them (are highly preferred);
  3. Preferable banking experience in credit risk
  4. Keen to learn new information, adopt new skills and with the ability to identify and make improvements to systems and processes;
  5. Having good communication skills;
  6. Fluent in English and other language is plus;
  7. Proactive with strong analytical skills;
  8. Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills;
  9. Concern for accuracy, with good attention to details.
