Our client operating in high growth markets across Asia, generating revenues in excess of HK$90bn and with over 20,000 employees. Their core businesses include distribution of automobiles, heavy machinery and power systems; property development and investment; general trading and financial investment and services, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Credit Operations Officer (Credit Division)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for credit administration processing such as loan drawdown, rollover, redemption, etc.
• Prepare/review facility letters, confirmations and statements to borrowers
• Review, manage and safe-keep all collateral and securities documents
• Handle account opening and loan documentations
• Monitor borrower’s credit limits and prepare reports to Management
• Liaise internally and externally when performing collection/repossession

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder or equivalent
• At least 2 years’ experience in credit operations gained in commercial/retail banking environment, proficiency in mortgage financing is preferable
• Proficiency in loan documentations and experience in dealing with solicitors
• Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated and independent
• Attention to details, proactive and very organized
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel and Access
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
