We’re looking for a Credit Officer to join our Finance team at the Bunnings NZ Support Office in Ellerslie. This is a busy, customer-focused role where no two days are quite the same. You’ll spend plenty of time on the phone, build valuable Accounts Receivable and Credit experience, and be supported by a collaborative team that wants to see you learn and succeed.
This is an opportunity to combine your communication skills with your eye for detail in a role where both really matter.
As a Credit Officer, you’ll support our PowerPass Trade customers with their accounts, payments, invoices and credit enquiries. You’ll manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, helping customers understand their accounts, resolving queries and having professional conversations about overdue payments and payment arrangements.
It’s a fast-moving environment, so being able to work at pace without compromising on accuracy will be key. Because you’ll be working with financial and customer information, exceptional attention to detail is essential.
