Hiring: Credit management professional

We’re looking for a Credit management professional to join us at Telia.

I’m Marius Sagatavičius, Head of Customer Finance department, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward‑thinking team focused on efficient customers’ credit management, payment collection and debt management processes and smart data‑driven improvements across our operations

What you’ll do:

You will support our Credit & Collections team and B2X colleagues by supervising automated system, handling process and requests, working with external partners.

• Develop and implement credit policies, manage credit tools, and take part in system and business process management
• Focus on reducing bad debt, preventing external fraud and financial losses
• Analyse credit risk and ensure alignment across business units and external partners
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial outcomes and secure revenue
• Provide operational support in credit and fraud management

This position is office-based in Vilnius.

What we are looking for:

• You have some 3 years of experience in Finance/ Customer care/ Business development
• Your experience and/ or knowledge in Credit/Debt management/ internal control would be advantage
• Background in large, complex organizations where cross-functional collaboration is the norm
• Root cause analysis and structured problem-solving - you don't just flag issues, you resolve them

• You manage multiple workstreams without losing the thread
• You communicate clearly and confidently with everyone from the shop floor to the C-suite
• You're organized, detail-oriented, and proactive - gaps don't slip past you
• You ask the right questions and know when to escalate

Your Qualifications

• University degree in finance, economics, business management, or a related field
• Fluency in Lithuanian; good working English
• Confident with MS Office tools, especially Excel
• Curiosity, initiative and readiness to support improvements

Monthly salary range for this position 2 640,00 – 3 960,00 Eur monthly (gross) + annual performance bonus. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
