Are you an SAP Credit Management professional who enjoys solving business challenges, improving processes, and working closely with both business and IT teams?

We are looking for a Credit Management Executive / SAP Specialist to support and enhance our SAP Credit Management processes, with a key focus on customer master data, credit controls, and integration across Sales & Distribution (SD) and Finance & Controlling (FICO).

In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring smooth order-to-cash operations, accurate credit limit management, effective system testing, and successful implementation of SAP enhancements.

You will support the configuration, testing, and continuous improvement of SAP Credit Management processes.

Make an Impact by:

  • Configure and maintain SAP Credit Management settings, including credit limits, risk categories, credit checks, and related controls.
  • Support customer master data setup and maintenance across SD and FICO modules.
  • Validate SD–FICO integration across order-to-cash, billing, receivables, and credit exposure processes.
  • Work closely with Finance, Sales, IT, and business users to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Support UAT activities, including preparation of test scenarios, test scripts, test data, execution, defect tracking, and resolution.
  • Participate in SAP enhancements, upgrades, rollouts, and post-go-live support.
  • Document business processes, configuration settings, and standard operating procedures.
  • Provide guidance to users and help resolve system or process-related issues.

Skills for Success:

We welcome candidates who are hands-on, analytical, and eager to contribute to business transformation.

  • A degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, IT, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Credit Management, SAP Credit Management, or related order-to-cash processes.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Credit Management.
  • Good understanding of SAP SD and FICO modules, especially customer master, sales orders, billing, accounts receivable, and integration points.
  • Exposure to dunning, collections, credit risk management, or customer account processes.
  • Experience supporting UAT, including test planning, execution, and defect management.
  • Knowledge of customer master data setup and its integration with SD, FI, CRM, MM, or MDG.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • SAP certification in SD, FICO, or Credit Management will be an added advantage, but it is not mandatory.
