Job Scope

• Follow up on AR for both self payors and third-party payors.
• Conduct timely and effective follow up with insurers to ensure prompt settlement of claims.
• Apply appropriate follow up when necessary.
• Assess patients' financial situations and propose suitable financial assistance schemes.
• Actively refer patients to Medical Social Workers (MSWs) for further support when required.
• Ensure robust and accurate reporting of errant employers to MOM who are refusing/defaulted payment.
• Handle any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the department.

Requirements

• Diploma holder with experience in Healthcare background.
• Salary:
  $2580 to $3200 (Depending on experience)
• Working Location: Lower Kent Ridge Rd
• Must be able to commit to 1year Contract
• Monday to Friday
