The Lending Operations team is responsible for ensuring the end-to-end loan lifecycle runs efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with OJK and AFPI regulations. This role will manage loan processing, documentation verification, system operations, and coordination across Risk, Product, and Finance teams to ensure timely loan approvals and disbursements.
Loan Processing:
Review and process loan applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
Verify borrower information, including credit history, income, and employment details.
Coordinate with the Credit Risk / Underwriting team to facilitate credit assessment and approval decisions.
Ensure loan applications move through the system according to the defined operational SLA.
Disbursement and Funding Operations:
Support execution of loan disbursement processes, including lender funding matching and escrow account reconciliation.
Coordinate with finance for fund transfers.
Monitor disbursement queues and ensure accurate and timely fund release to borrowers.
Investigate and resolve operational issues related to pending or failed transactions.
Documentation and System Management:
Maintain proper loan documentation in the Loan Management System (LMS) or Loan Origination System (LOS).
Ensure all borrower agreements, disclosures, and legal documents are properly executed and archived.
Maintain accurate records to support internal audit, regulatory reporting, and portfolio monitoring.
Customer & Internal Coordination:
Act as a liaison between Borrowers, Credit Risk, Collections, Product, and Finance teams.
Provide updates on loan status and assist in resolving application issues.
Support internal teams in handling operational inquiries or discrepancies.
Bachelor’s degree in any major.
1–3 years experience in lending operations, fintech operations, banking operations, or loan processing (fresh graduates are welcome).
Experience in P2P lending, fintech, or digital lending platforms is preferred.
Familiarity with Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), or financial platforms.
