Job Description

We are seeking Credit Investigator / Bank Real Estate Appraiser to join our client banking team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for investigating the creditworthiness of loan applicants and conducting appraisals of real estate properties. The successful candidate will analyze financial information, assess property values, and compile reports that inform our lending decisions, all while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements

• Graduate of a bachelor's degree in finance, business, real estate, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in credit investigation and real estate appraisal.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations and appraisal standards.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel as necessary.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
