Are you analytically strong, results-driven and interested in credit management within a dynamic environment? Then this challenging role could be the perfect fit for you. In this position, you will play a key role in managing and optimising credit processes, with a strong focus on risk management, collaboration and innovation.

What awaits you?

  • You maintain and further develop local Credit Management Guidelines and governance frameworks.
  • You design, implement and manage an Early Warning System to identify credit risks in a timely manner.
  • You take end-to-end responsibility for problem loan management.
  • You assess the creditworthiness of customers, with a focus on strategic fleet clients and BMW Group dealers in Belgium and Luxembourg.
  • You prepare and present credit applications to both local and international credit committees.
  • You collaborate closely with HQ departments and optimise processes between credit and commercial teams.
  • You drive digitalisation initiatives, including automation and AI-related projects, and identify efficiency improvements.

What should you bring along?

  • A degree in Business Economics or an equivalent level through relevant experience.
  • Several years of relevant experience in consumer or corporate credit, audit, accounting or risk management.
  • Strong analytical skills and a precise, structured way of working.
  • Advanced Excel skills (VBA/Macro is a plus) and a keen interest in new technologies.
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, with a good command of French.
