
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Attend to audit requirements and provide a response to internal, group and regulatory audit remarks
Support the creation and update of new and existing credit processes, policy, manuals and product standards as relates to Corporate, SMES and Retail business.
Visit clients/centers/branches, independently or with RMs/Manager as part of the evaluation of credit proposals for better understanding of the client, business and market.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
Review and provide decisions of credit facilities up to a discretionary approval limits of FRW 200 million
Provide guidance and coaching to a team of 4 credit analysts, each receiving between 20 to 25 credit files per day
Assessment of credit files from the Recovery Unit
Site visits of business premises related to the credit facility applications under appraisal process
Supporting and coaching the business teams to enhance the quality of the credit facility applications
Crosschecking the KCB Group Environmental & Social Due Diligence (ESDD) Checklist for manufacturing & agribusiness entities to be financed
