Symbos is looking for a Credit Controller to support a client finance team across collections, payment reconciliation and accounts receivable reporting. You’ll take ownership of following up outstanding balances, monitoring agreed credit terms and keeping stakeholders informed when action is needed.

What you’ll be doing

• Monitor customer accounts against agreed credit terms
• Follow up outstanding debts through reminders, calls and statements
• Record, track and reconcile incoming payments
• Prepare accounts receivable ageing and collection reports
• Produce monthly customer reports
• Identify and escalate concerns or deviations from agreed processes
• Balance multiple accounts and priorities while keeping reporting accurate and up to date

What we’re looking for

• 1–3 years of credit control experience, including exposure across multiple countries
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Confidence managing multiple tasks and competing deadlines
• Ability to raise concerns, ask questions and escalate issues when something isn’t right

Great if you also have

• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Exposure to financial systems such as Dynamics 365
• Shared services or BPO experience
• Exposure to Dynamics 365 is preferred
