Summary

Join our Credit Management team at Etex Business Services, our regional hub in Vilnius, and play a key role in managing customer relationships, collections, and credit risk across an international business. We're looking for a professional with Credit Control or Credit Management experience and strong Spanish and English language skills to help drive cash collection, minimize risk, and support business growth. What you'll do

• Perform daily Credit Control activities such as Collections and Credit Risk management.
• Minimize bad debt exposure and ensure compliance to dunning process defined by the group.
• Collect on accounts by sending reminders and communication with customers via phone or email.
• Work closely with local business and finance teams on receivables.
• Set up credit limits for new customers based on internal guidelines and risk mitigation.
• Review of credit limits in compliance with the credit approval matrix.
• Coordinate daily order releases and liaise with sales teams or customers regarding any order blockages.
• Investigate unallocated payments and request payment remittance from customers when necessary.
• Communicate with clients about billing discrepancies and questions.
• Cross-functional communication with multiple Etex operations and finance functions.
• Facilitate Credit Committee meetings with relevant stakeholders for your portfolio.
• Reconciliation of outstanding balances with customers in Account reconciliation tool.
• Effective and quick cooperation with customer service on blocked tickets and other issues.

• Written and verbal fluency in English, Spanish language big advantage

Salary range: 2700-3200 €/mon. gross The specific salary depends on the candidate's work experience, skills, competencies.
