Job Description

Credit Controller
Location: Wimbledon (Office-Based)
Salary: Up to £32,000 DOE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Credit Controller to join a growing healthcare recruitment business based in Wimbledon. The organisation has established a strong presence within the healthcare staffing sector and continues to grow across multiple divisions. With a fast-paced and supportive office environment, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join an ambitious business where they can play a key role within the finance and operations function. This role would suit someone with previous experience in credit control, finance administration, or debt collection who enjoys building relationships and maintaining strong financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and chase outstanding debt across client accounts
  • Maintain accurate financial and payment records
  • Liaise with clients regarding overdue invoices and payment plans
  • Work closely with finance and operational teams to resolve account queries
  • Monitor aged debt reports and escalate issues where required
  • Support cash flow management and debt recovery processes
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure all records and systems are kept up to date

Requirements
  • Previous experience within Credit Control or debt collection
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience chasing outstanding debt
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Strong IT and administrative skills
  • Professional and proactive approach
