Job Title: Credit Controller

Salary: R25,000 - R30,000

Our client, a prominent company in the Staffing and Key Growth sector, is looking for a skilled Credit Controller to join their team. This role involves managing credit control processes, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining strong client relationships to support the organization's financial stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the credit control process, including monitoring customer accounts and ensuring timely payments.
• Perform credit checks on new and existing clients.
• Negotiate payment terms and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable and prepare regular reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address billing and invoicing issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries regarding payments.
• Ensure compliance with UK credit control regulations and standards.

Requirements:

• At least 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Credit Controller, with a strong understanding of credit control processes.
• Familiarity with UK financial regulations and practices.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems efficiently.
• Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
