The Coordinator must regularly monitor workflows throughout the business day, respond to requests in a timely manner, follow up on outstanding items, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure applications progress through required review and approval stages within established service expectations. The ability to manage deadlines, escalate issues promptly, and maintain continuous oversight of assigned workflows is essential.
This position is designed as a stable coordinator-level operational role with a consistent scope of responsibilities. While employees are encouraged to develop expertise and proficiency within the position, advancement opportunities would be dependent upon changes in business needs, organizational structure, available positions, or a material expansion of role responsibilities.
