About the role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Credit Control Administrator to join our Credit Control team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the Credit Controllers with a variety of day‑to‑day administrative tasks.

This position is ideal for someone who is looking to prove themselves in a fast‑paced finance environment and develop strong experience within credit control, customer account management, and financial administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Opening new customer accounts.
• Logging customer queries and directing them for resolution.
• Responding promptly and accurately to internal and external queries.
• Processing incoming remittances.
• Inputting electronic invoicing data.
• Issuing final demands on top service.
• Preparing legal packs.
• Chasing customers for any failed Direct Debit payments.
• Monitoring 3 Credit Control inboxes.

• Confident and professional on the phone
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work well as part of a team
