We are looking forward to a Credit and Collection Analyst in Eaton’s Corporate sector, based in Suzhou, China. This exciting role offers opportunity to:
• Streamline end-to-end DSO forecast process and monitor forecast accuracy for Eaton APAC sites
• Drive strong ownership of collection performance, with a focus on reducing overdue receivables and achieving defined collection and past‑due targets.
• Manage overall annual credit assessment process to improve credit level quality
• Work closely with credit firm, like D&B or other firms to deliver timely credit data to cooperate with plants for goods release reasonable;
• Perform credit investigation and summarize C&C report for monthly review meeting;
• Prepare regional business analysis reports by operation requests. If need, make reports standardized and lead continuous improvements on C&C
• Coordinate SOX and compliance on credit & collection function
Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting or related subjects
• 1-2 years’ experience on Credit/collections or FP&A
• Good knowledge about Eaton business process
• Good analysis skill.
• Strong coordination and communication skill.
• Strong SOX and compliance knowledge.
• Have CI project management experience.
• Fluent in English is must
