With the structure being organized by distinct brands, these roles are aligned with the company’s needs and strategic priorities.

With this position, we will be able to provide greater focus on Retail and strengthen relationships with Formalizers, Dealers, and Financial Agents, ensuring agility at the point of sale (Retail level).

Considering that AGCO’s objectives are becoming increasingly challenging, it is essential to enhance autonomy for faster decision-making, particularly in negotiations with Formalizers, Dealership Owners, and Financial Agents. This includes interaction with 83 MF/VT and Fendt headquarters and approximately 303 branches, as well as directors and executives from banks and financial institutions.

Additionally, the role will provide stronger support to the dealer network and financial partners, directly contributing to sales execution at the retail level.

Your Impact

  • Manage the Retail channel, acting as the main point of contact for Financial Agents and Formalizers within the dealer network.
  • Lead training initiatives for the dealer network across all financing modalities (Finame, CDC, and other credit solutions).
  • Oversee reporting processes, ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful business reporting.
  • Manage and control the DDI strategy, driving strong financial partner penetration and multi-bank coverage per sales proposal.
  • Drive sales performance and support dealer network financial health by enabling better financing conditions and improving inventory turnover.

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of related professional experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI), as well as Microsoft Word
  • Experience in the agribusiness sector is a plus
  • Intermediate level of English is a plus
