Job Description

We are looking for a Credit & Collection Specialist DACH market who speaks German and English to join their team in Romania. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to become an integral part of the team within Credit & Collections and have the opportunity to grow and develop within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor accounts to identify overdue debts,
  • Investigate historical data for each debt or unpaid bill,
  • Contacting debtors to arrange debt payoffs,
  • Keep accurate records and reporting on collection activity,
  • Proactively encourage customers for timely payments,
  • Process payments,
  • Resolve billing and customer credit issues,
  • Create reports on collection activity and accounts receivable status,
  • Achieve company monthly and year Key Business Indicators,
  • Coach junior collection specialists,
  • Perform any other activity as per company requirement.



Requirements:

  • Fluent German and English,
  • Previous experience in Collection, Customer Service or Order Management departments,
  • Experience working with SAP in crucial,
  • basic-to-intermediate level in Excel (e.g. knowledge of VLOOKUPS, pivot tables),
  • A university degree preferably in Finance or Foreign Languages
  • Excellent communication skills,
  • A results-oriented mind-set,
  • Attention to detail,
  • Fast learner and eager to grow,
  • Openness to work in hybrid mode for office in Bucharest.
