The Role:

We’re looking Credit Assessor who thrives by making decisions and solving problems, all of while delivering a fast and easy borrowing experience for our customers. This person will own the loan application reviewing and credit decision process.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assess loan applications and make responsible credit decisions
• Meet KPIs across productivity, accuracy, and quality
• Deliver clear, professional, and customer-first communication
• Apply feedback and coaching to continuously improve performance
• Ensure all work meets compliance, policy, and regulatory standards
• Contribute to process improvements and share frontline insights
• Stay aligned through daily stand-ups and team updates
• Continuously build credit knowledge and complete required training
• Support broader team and business initiatives as needed
• Provide regular feedback to support individual and team improvement

You’ll thrive here if you have:

A minimum of either:

• Have 2–3 years’ experience in a customer service, support or sales role - ideally in finance, broking or automotive
• Take ownership and back your judgment
• Care about both customer outcomes and commercial results
• Communicate clearly and confidently
• Are resilient, adaptable and solutions-focused
• Want to be part of a team that celebrates wins and pushes for better
