About the role

We are currently seeking a Credit and Funding Officer join our Credit Team at Konica Minolta. Reporting to the Credit Manager this role is responsible for providing administrative support to the National Credit & Funding team. This includes assisting with the daily payout requests and queries, ensuring timely settlement of funded deals, and managing customer refunds.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Daily banking, allocations & reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
• Managing the company payout process, including the timely payment of payout invoices.
• Proactively resolve funding queries via telephone, email and ServiceNow.
• Ensuring the timely settlement of funded deals, including invoice reconciliation & liaising with branch operations to confirm forecasted delivery dates.
• Weekly processing of co-mingled funds to our funders.
• Manage the Print Plan account, ensuring accurate billing to 3E for usage charges and work closely with internal stakeholders to address and eliminate billing discrepancies.
• Provide outstanding customer service in line with the KM values.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and processes.
• Process credit notes/debit memos on an ad hoc basis, as required.
• Ensure JSOX compliance in all funding activities.
• Support external and internal audit processes, providing documentation and explanations as required.
• Undertake any other finance and funding related duties as directed by management on an ad hoc basis.

Who are we looking for?

• Demonstrated experience in similar role.
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• SAP experience (preferred).
• A proven capacity to set priorities and meet critical deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and well-developed analytical skills.
• Work well in a team environment and have a positive can-do attitude.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed KPIs & targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
