This role will support the Customer Financial Services Technical Operations team; a 90+ person Customer responsible for converting approximately $7B USD in annual accounts receivable (AR) into cash. The position drives the successful delivery of technical initiatives, including ERP enhancements, automation programs, and reporting improvements. This role will also play a key role in team training. The Analyst will need to partner cross-functionally to translate business needs into scalable solutions, ensures effective team training and adoption of new tools/processes.

Responsibilities

  • Represent CFS AR in technical initiatives, including ERP updates, automation efforts, and system enhancements

  • Partner with Credit & Collections and Accounts Receivable teams to define, document, and optimize policies, procedures, and workflows

  • Develop deep expertise in Autodesk’s Order-to-Cash (OTC) process to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains

  • Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications; support testing, validation, and successful implementation of solutions

  • Drive training and enablement to ensure team readiness, adoption, and effective use of new systems and processes

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Tax, Revenue Operations, Treasury, Client Services, etc.) to deliver end-to-end solutions

  • Monitor and support reporting needs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and actionable insights

  • Support ad hoc initiatives such as collections campaigns and AR reconciliation projects

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, or related finance operations

  • Strong understanding of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) lifecycle

  • Proven experience managing or contributing to cross-functional projects

  • Solid understanding of GAAP principles

  • Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience with SAP or other large-scale ERP systems

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated project management experience (formal or informal)

  • Experience working in global or distributed team environments

  • Exposure to automation technologies such as RPA

  • Experience with emerging technologies, including agentic AI implementations

  • Bachelor’s degree
