Credit and Collection Supervisor (full time)

Reporting to the Director, the Credit and Collection Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of Credit and Collections Professionals to deliver on key metrics (KPIs), meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and maintain world class service in accordance with Linde policies and procedures.
This role requires a detail oriented leader experienced in managing multiple business channels, with strong analytical capabilities, system proficiency, solid business acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and strategic partners.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Credit and Collections professionals to achieve performance goals and deliver exceptional customer service
• Drive results by monitoring key performance indicators, service level agreements, and collection targets while fostering a high-performance culture
• Oversee daily collections operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and procedures
• Reduce financial risk by managing accounts receivable, minimizing bad debt, and improving Days Sales Outstanding
• Build strong partnerships with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders to resolve issues and support business objectives
• Analyze account performance and implement effective collection strategies to accelerate the resolution of past due balances
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance productivity, effectiveness, and the overall customer experience
• Support month-end activities, maintain accurate process documentation, and ensure operational deadlines are consistently achieved
