About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity fora Credit Analyst (Midshift)This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following

  • Conduct financial assessments of suppliers and contractors as part of the Supplier Qualification (SQ) process, including the review and analysis of financial statements, credit reports, contract information, and other supporting documentation

  • Evaluate supplier financial strength, liquidity, risk exposure, and overall ability to fulfill contractual obligations, identifying potential financial, operational, and business risks

  • Prepare risk assessment reports and provide recommendations for supplier approval, qualification, risk mitigation, or further review

  • Collaborate with Procurement, Contract Advisors, Buyers, and Business Unit stakeholders to support supplier evaluations and risk management strategies

  • Apply appropriate risk mitigation measures, including obtaining and evaluating acceptable forms of security where required

  • Monitor approved suppliers for changes in financial condition and emerging risks

  • Support Supplier Evaluation and SFSM workflows for SCM-managed contracts and supplier qualification activities

  • Maintain accurate evaluation records and management reports, ensuring compliance with supplier risk management policies, procedures, and audit requirements

  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of supplier risk management processes, policies, and industry best practices

  • Maintains and develops relationships with relevant stakeholders

About You

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree major in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology and related courses.

  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP system

  • Fluency in English

  • Good Analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative analysis)

  • Ability to work systematically, prioritize tasks and adhere to deadlines

  • Ability to balance risks and business requirements

  • Ability to adapt to varying work situations and is flexible in the approach to resolving challenges

  • Works with minimal supervision and shows Initiative

  • Ability to communicate at all levels of management
