Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assess applications.
• Verify customer information and supporting documentation.
• Identify potential credit risks and red flags.
• Monitor existing customer accounts and repayment performance.
• Flag overdue or deteriorating accounts for further action.
• Work closely with Operations and Recovery teams to support decisions.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and documentation requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Banking, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret financial information and bank statements.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital skills and other basic office tools.
• Ability to work and handle confidential customer information.
