As a Credit Analyst within our Property Finance Portfolio Management team, you'll work with large private property companies and unlisted property fund managers, helping to assess, structure and support a diverse range of property finance transactions.
This full-time hybrid position is based in Sydney / Warrane, Gadigal Country. You'll partner with Relationship Managers, Credit Managers and product experts to initiate and structure a range of property finance transactions. You will investigate risk profiling, analyse financial information, prepare development feasibilities and property investment cash-flow models, and contribute to lending solutions ranging from $10 million to $200 million. You'll also contribute to portfolio monitoring activities and help safeguard the bank through sound credit management practices.
