#Assetline Capital

AltX is an alternative investment platform offering access to real estate debt investments. Over the last decade, we have provided wholesale investors access to income-generating investments which have traditionally not been available to individual investors.
AltX has helped democratise access to the private/non-bank mortgage market.
Historically, investing in real estate debt has been difficult to access, offered on an ‘invitation only’ basis to sophisticated investors.
AltX provides investors with access to vetted real estate debt investments and the opportunity to build a diversified portfolio with regular income and security.
