Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Credit Assessment
   • Conduct preliminary credit evaluations based on collateral and business conditions to determine repayment feasibility and loan returns within the company's risk framework.
2. Cross-Department Coordination
   • Collaborate with Business Loan and Credit Management teams to liaise with relevant departments, such as Operations and other units, to prepare credit approval requests (CA), execute contracts, facilitate loan disbursements, and deliver customer services promptly, accurately, and in line with the company's terms and customer needs.
3. Credit Quality Control
   • Monitor and manage the quality of loans (NPL) under your responsibility, ensuring effective debt recovery and adherence to agreed terms.
4. Debt Resolution and Follow-Up
   • Participate in debt resolution efforts and coordinate with the Debt Collection team to achieve optimal outcomes for both the company and its customers.
5. Other Duties
   • Perform other tasks as assigned to support team and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• At least 8 years of experience in corporate credit analysis or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis, risk assessment, and credit evaluation.
• Familiarity with legal and contractual processes related to loans.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial analysis tools.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
