Credit Administrator
We are looking for a Credit Administrator to support our credit & collections team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer data within the company's YayPay platform, ensuring seamless financial operations for both internal and external stakeholders. You will play a key role in initiating and processing customer refunds for accounts with credit balances, as well as preparing escheatment forms and working closely with the corporate accounting team to ensure proper filing with the appropriate jurisdictions.
