About the role

We are seeking a Credit Administration Officer to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis.

As a Credit Administration Officer, you will support a designated client portfolio where you will help maintain key client credit accounts. Connecting with branch teams, you will help identify financial risks and support the mitigation of exposure to bad debts in accordance with Elders Policies.

Responsibilities
As a Credit Administration Officer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and actioning daily reporting.
  • Undertaking credit searches.
  • Establishing new accounts.
  • Associated account maintenance and processing.

About you

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • The ability to work within a team and build close working relationships across the business.
  • Initiative to make timely decisions.
  • A high level of professionalism, personal integrity, and accountability in all aspects of your work.
  • Capacity to remain task focused and prioritise workload under pressure.
  • Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite.
