Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Handle the credit administration operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
• Prepare and maintain credit files, ensuring all required documentation is obtained and properly filed
• Prepare internal and management control reports
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth credit administration processes throughout the credit lifecycle
• Monitor credit exposures and maintain accurate records of collateral and security documentation
• Implement efficient credit administration processes and procedures, continuously improving the operational effectiveness of the department
• Handle transformation projects or any ad hoc tasks when necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least experience of 3 years in Credit Administration, preferably within a Corporate Banking environment
• Strong knowledge of commercial lending products, structured trade finance, and credit risk management
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to credit administration
• Proficiency in relevant credit administration software and systems
