Understand e-commerce ways of working, specifically creators on the TikTok platform. Responsible for in-depth analysis and strategy planning for creators on TikTok platform.
The Creator Strategy Team is responsible for creator acquisition and incubation within the Affiliate channel, leveraging data-driven insights, strategic frameworks, and resource allocation to grow and develop the creator ecosystem.

Key responsibilities:
-Responsible for in-depth analysis of creators and their performance.
- Develop and execute strategies to support creator and enhance their success on the TikTok platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive creators performance through creator missions and campaigns.
- Organize, configure and track performance of creator mission and campaigns.
