Creator Product Manager创作者产品经理BeijingExperiencedFull-timeResponsibilities1. Design creator incentive systems (tiers, rewards, bootcamps, etc.) to increase the supply and distribution efficiency of high-quality UGC;
2. Package underlying 3D algorithmic capabilities into easy-to-use tools for creators (e.g., one-click generation, smart editing) to lower the barrier to creation;
3. Drive content consumption and user growth through creator-led content virality and interaction mechanisms;
4. Establish a data monitoring system for creator content performance, and explore monetization paths such as paid tools and asset marketplaces.
1、设计创作者激励体系（等级、权益、训练营等），提升优质UGC供给与分发效率；
2、将底层3D算法能力封装为面向创作者的易用工具（如一键生成、智能编辑），降低创作门槛；
3、通过创作者驱动的内容裂变与互动机制，促进内容消费与用户增长；
4、建立创作者内容数据监控体系，探索付费工具、素材交易等商业化路径。Qualifications1. 3–5 years of B2C product experience, having led a community or content-focused product with over 500K DAU, including 0-to-1 experience; familiar with 3D content production pipelines;
2. Strong user insight, with the ability to deeply understand creator needs; technically sensitive to generative AI, AR/VR; capable of designing win-win ecosystem rules;
3. Bonus points: Experience in gamification or creator incentive systems; fluent in English; familiar with platforms such as Roblox and Sketchfab.
1、3-5年C端产品经验，主导过DAU超50万的社区/内容型产品，有从0到1经验，了解3D内容生产流程；
2、强用户洞察力，能深入理解创作者需求；对生成式AI、AR/VR有技术敏感度；能设计多方共赢的生态规则；
3、加分项：有游戏化或创作者激励经验；英语流利，熟悉Roblox、Sketchfab等平台。 Apply
