Team Introduction:
Lemon8 is a social media platform committed to building a diverse and inclusive community where people can discover new content and creators every day. Lemon8 aims to inspire the community in a number of categories, including parenting, food, fashion, beauty, skin care, travel and more. People can share photos and videos as well as engage with one another through features such as likes, comments and sharing. Lemon8 is currently available on iPhone and Android in USA, UK, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam.

Responsibilities:
• Being able to define localized content strategy and establish a sustainable content ecosystem that fits local tastes and preferences
• Responsible for identifying, onboarding, and developing creators, to drive the growth of key content categories and creator success
• Track, analyze and optimize the performance of community development efforts including but not limited to community size, activity rate, content quality, product adoption, content views and audience growth
• Oversee vertical content growth progress and guide teammates to push their limits
• Independently responsible for a medium-sized group of content creators/partners, develop strategies for growing and retaining creators and foster strong relationships with them
