About the team

Semi-consignment creator team is responsible to provide affiliate matchmaking service for seller who join our program to improve our seller's product content coverage and supply.

About this role

This role focuses on driving successful affiliate-related initiatives, with key responsibilities including managing the affiliate matchmaking workflow, utilizing your robust creator communication soft skills to nurture positive and collaborative relationships with creators across all interactions, conducting in-depth creator performance analysis to assess initiative outcomes and uncover actionable optimization insights, and applying your problem-solving capabilities to address and resolve a diverse array of affiliate-related challenges.

Responsibilities

- Assist in pitching to creators, presenting campaign ideas and opportunities to engage with our platform.

- Manage communication with creators, ensuring timely and effective responses.

- Support the development and maintenance of strong relationships with creators, fostering collaboration and mutual success.

- Coordinate with internal teams to align creator content with campaign goals and strategies.

- Track and report on creator engagement and performance metrics.

- Assist in the development and execution of creator engagement strategies and plans.

- Support the creation of pitch materials, presentations, and other communication tools.

- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for creator partnerships.
