About the Team:

As part of the ANZ LIVE Operations team, the Creator Manager will own the end-to-end strategy and operational execution for a specific creator group within the ANZ LIVE ecosystem. This dedicated role requires the ability to translate data and behavioral observation into scalable operational strategies to drive both revenue and viewership growth. You will design and execute tailored content best practices, cultivate creator community and implement growth initiatives to effectively influence creator actions, accelerate monetization, and ensure the long-term success of TikTok LIVE in Australia and New Zealand.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute scalable growth strategies for the assigned creator cohort by deeply understanding their behavior, motivations, and the psychology behind their actions.

- Design and implement operational plans, leveraging data insights to refine tactics across content formats, timing, and feature adoption to drive measurable performance improvements within the group.

- Translate data understanding on content quality, engagement, and monetization into clear, actionable influence plans (incentives, education, gamification) designed to shift creator behavior toward platform success metrics.

- Lead the process of content evaluation and insight generation for the assigned tier, creating actionable case studies and best practices to continuously elevate the tier's overall content quality and differentiating creator incubation programs to maximize business results.

- Drive Creator Community Building initiatives focused on the assigned cohort to establish effective collaboration channels for scalable creator communication, education and incubation.

- Own and manage key cohort success metrics, including revenue growth, retention, content quality, and progression of creators to higher cohort.
