We're building the world's first platform for creating and discovering original music, including Suno Studio, a generative audio workstation, and Hooks, a new way to create and share videos that bring songs to life.
Powered by the leading music-creation model and designed to amplify imagination, our platform makes it possible for anyone to turn inspiration into music. With Suno, ideas flow into sound, songs become yours, and everyone can experience the joy of creating.
Suno is one of the fastest-growing AI startups in the world, backed by leading investors including Menlo Ventures, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Matrix, NVentures, and Hallwood Media.
Founded in 2023 by Harvard alumni with a shared passion for music, Suno has empowered more than 100 million people to create original songs. In 2025, we raised a $250 million Series C funding round to accelerate product innovation and international growth.
Suno is seeking a Creator Operations Manager to build and scale the systems behind our creator programs, including Hooks, our short-form music video feed.
This role sits at the intersection of operations, systems, and product thinking. You will design and run the infrastructure that powers hundreds of creators and thousands of monthly Hooks – spanning onboarding, payments, CRM, support, and program mechanics.
This is a hands-on systems-builder role for someone who enjoys creating structure from ambiguity, automating manual workflows, and scaling programs from 0→1 to 1→N.
