2. Design incentive mechanisms to maintain community engagement through multi-dimensional value;
3. Coordinate creator networks to produce benchmark user-generated content around product features;
4. Manage regional lead networks to support offline events and cross-regional collaboration;
5. Establish standardized processes to drive sustained community and content growth.

5、建立标准化流程，驱动社区与内容持续增长。Qualifications1. Bachelor's degree or above; English proficiency required; familiarity with global online community culture;
2. Systematic thinking mindset; ability to translate complex interpersonal dynamics into executable SOPs;
3. Strong people skills; ability to maintain cross-cultural relationships and motivate teams;
4. Data-sensitive; proficient with mainstream collaboration tools;
5. Passion for or basic understanding of digital content creation or AI-generated content.
1、本科及以上学历，英语可作为工作语言，熟悉海外社区文化；
2、具备系统性思维，能将复杂人际逻辑转化为可执行的SOP；
3、优秀的人际连接力，能维护跨文化关系并激发团队动力；
4、数据敏感，熟练使用主流协作工具；
