We are looking for a passionate and strategic Creator Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for discovering, incubating, and educating e-commerce creators, with a focus on helping vertical creators improve their sales performance. You will collaborate closely with industry teams to match high-potential creators with quality content formats, including short videos and live streaming. Additionally, you will support major campaigns, marketing initiatives, and creator education efforts by providing relevant content and guidance. A key part of your role will be working with the content moderation team to educate creators on platform policies and ensure compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and incubate e-commerce creators within specific verticals to drive sales growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to scale creator success, leveraging data insights to guide decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Category, Marketing, Campaign operations) to match creators with suitable content opportunities and promotional activities.
- Provide ongoing education and support to creators, helping them optimize content strategy, understand platform rules, and improve performance.
- Work with the content moderation team to ensure creators adhere to platform guidelines and policies.
