Responsibilities

- Data Analysis — You will work with large volumes of data. Figuring out how to spot undiscovered yet high-potential creators through data will be your ongoing challenge.

- Communication & Outreach — Proactively reach out to target creators, introduce them to upcoming platform opportunities, and onboard them into our creator incubation program.

- Conversion & Monetization — Turn creator potential into real earnings — not just a dream. This requires sharp business judgment and hands-on operational support to drive tangible results.

- Engagement & Community — Maintain and grow creator communities, deliver ongoing creator education within these groups, and keep creators motivated.
