Creators are the heart and soul of TikTok. The Creator team's mission is to facilitate our Creator community's growth and development, drive high quality content production and increase creator engagement and product adoption through scaled content and education programs. This team will also create scalable initiatives to build, celebrate, and recognize our diverse and inclusive communities around the world.
About the Role
The Creator Manager, Top Creators will be part of the Creator Management team responsible for managing and growing Top Creators at scale for North America (NA) on TikTok, developing and championing best practices in scaled management to support adaptation across all regions.
Responsibilities:
- Review, select and onboard eligible creators based on centrally aligned eligibility criteria, alignment to business priorities while also considering exception criteria, content priorities, reactive opportunities, and portfolio capacity
- Host Top creators in person and/or online to share best practices, vertical content strategies, and product updates as well as answer questions and foster connections
- Use dashboards and automated weekly reports to understand portfolio performance and build data-informed content strategies to educate creators on relevant new product features and tools using resources from the Creator Development Team.
- Collect feedback and needs from the creator pool to share with XFN teams including Product, Creator Research, Content Strategy & Policy, Publishers Pillar, and TikTok Overall. Establish and support feedback loops.
- Monitor any urgent or repeat issues facing managed creators related to their on-platform content performance. Partner with XFN to understand and advocate for regional account support needs and feedback
- Identify key sports case studies and examples from managed Sports Creators in the NA region to be highlighted in education initiatives and creator campaigns
- Collaborate with key cross-functional partners, especially Marketing, Public Policy and Comms teams, on initiatives related to advocacy
