As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee end-to-end management of TikTok LIVE creators, analyze creator profiles and live-streaming behaviors through qualitative and quantitative methods, and support the design and implementation of revenue and fan growth strategies.

2. Plan, launch and evaluate creator workshops, seminars and campaigns, and maintain creator communities plus official communication channels.

3. Research market and competitors to build full-cycle creator strategies including recruitment, training and community engagement.

4. Support full lifecycle delivery of creator events, from pre-planning and execution to post-event data analysis.

5. Create training materials to improve creators’ live streaming ability, set and track KPIs, and leverage data analysis to iterate operational strategies.

6. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure steady delivery of all creator-related projects.
