Team Introduction

The TikTok LIVE team’s mission is to empower creators and build strong partnerships that drive meaningful real time interactions across the globe. The Creator Management function focuses on working directly with creators to help them grow sustainably and succeed on LIVE.

The Creator Growth Marketing team supports creator acquisition, engagement, and retention through integrated campaigns, creator-first messaging, and storytelling initiatives that highlight the best of TikTok LIVE.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

About the Internship

TikTok’s internship program offers students real world exposure and hands on learning in a dynamic, fast paced environment. You will support creator performance reviews, outreach, and operational workflows, joining impactful projects that shape the creator ecosystem.

Responsibilities

As a Marketing Intern on the TikTok LIVE Creator Growth Marketing team, you will support creator-focused marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and participation. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, creative, and passionate about creators, internet culture, and digital storytelling.

You will:

- Support the planning and execution of creator-focused marketing campaigns across owned and earned channels (e.g., in-app, social, comms)

- Assist in sourcing and drafting creator success stories and creator spotlights, helping bring TikTok LIVE storytelling to life

- Support creator recognition moments and programs by helping coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and communications

- Coordinate across internal teams (LIVE Ops, Content Strategy, Product Marketing, Comms/PR, Creative) to keep workstreams organized and moving forward

- Maintain trackers, timelines, and shared documentation to support day-to-day campaign execution

- Support production execution for marketing content, including shoot coordination support, asset organization, and tracking edits/deliverables through final delivery

- Pull basic performance metrics and support reporting recaps to help the team understand campaign and creator engagement impact

- Assist with trend and competitive research related to creators, livestreaming, internet culture, and emerging content formats
