Team Introduction
The LIVE Service Provider Team is responsible for MENA-wide creator visual upgrade programs, working with service providers to deliver standardized live setups. Core focus: lighting, composition, background quality improvement, equipment delivery, on-site setup, quality control, and creator training.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. Key Responsibilities
1. Service Provider Daily Operations & Project Delivery
- Manage end-to-end service provider workflows: creator scheduling, equipment delivery, on-site installation, and post-setup follow-up.
- Enforce standardized visual quality criteria (lighting, composition, background); conduct pre- and post-upgrade quality audits.
- Resolve on-site issues and collect creator feedback for continuous improvement.
2. Quality Control & Compliance
- Audit service provider-delivered setups against the official scoring rubric.
- Review before/after samples; flag non-compliant cases and drive corrections.
- Ensure consistent quality execution across all service providers.
3. Data Tracking & Performance Analysis
- Track key metrics: upgrade volume, completion rate, pass rate, and visual improvement score.
- Maintain weekly dashboards and performance reports.
- Analyze bottlenecks and propose process optimizations for service providers.
4. Creator Education & Training Support
- Develop and update technical guidance (lighting, camera, background setup).
- Support service provider-led creator training sessions.
- Create simple tutorial materials for creators.
5. Cross-team & Vendor Collaboration
- Align with LIVE Operations, Creator Education, and Data teams.
- Liaise with service providers to align quality standards and project goals.
