Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Creator Community & Partnership Specialist to help scale and engage our creator network. You will assist in managing MCN and community relationships, running creator activation programs, and supporting cross-functional marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Community & Partner Management: Build and maintain daily relationships with internal creator groups, external communities, and MCN partners. Assist in onboarding new partners.
• Activations & Campaigns: Help plan and execute creator events, creative challenges, educational workshops, and incentive programs to boost engagement.
• Creator Acquisition & Growth: Support creator onboarding and assist in running programs that improve creator content output and performance.
• Performance Tracking: Track community metrics, monitor campaign data, and provide insights to optimize future activities.
• Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with Commercial, Performance Marketing, and Brand teams to align creator efforts with campaign goals.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in Creator Relations, Community Management, or Influencer Marketing (Fresh grads with relevant internships welcome).
• Strong passion for social media platforms, content creators, and MCN trends.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic data skills to track and report campaign numbers.
