Our client is a direct-to-consumer oral care brand that sells products like remineralizing gum, toothpaste, and other dental wellness items. The company positions itself as a “natural, science-backed” alternative to traditional oral care, using ingredients like hydroxyapatite and xylitol to support enamel strength, whitening, and overall dental health.

They focus on:

  • Clean, non-toxic formulations (no fluoride, parabens, etc.)
  • Dentist-informed product development
  • E-commerce sales with subscription and global shipping
  • Sustainability initiatives (e.g., eco-friendly packaging, tree planting)

About the Role

We’re hiring a hands-on a Creator & Affiliate Growth Manager to own and scale our creator-driven growth engine. This role is deeply execution-focused—ideal for someone who thrives in the details, understands how creators operate, and knows how to turn product seeding into measurable, compounding performance.

You’ll be responsible for building and managing relationships with creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms, while continuously optimizing outreach, conversions, and long-term partnerships. This is not a purely strategic role—you’ll be in the day-to-day execution, testing, iterating, and driving results.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and execute the affiliate and product seeding program end-to-end
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • Manage high-volume outreach and product seeding while maintaining strong, authentic creator relationships
  • Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data and insights
  • Coordinate the full creator lifecycle—from initial outreach and seeding to long-term partnerships
  • Build and refine systems for scalable outreach, follow-ups, and retention
  • Collaborate closely with content and growth teams to align messaging, offers, and campaign direction
  • Continuously test new approaches, creators, and platforms to unlock growth opportunities

Requirements

  • Highly detail-oriented and comfortable operating in a hands-on, execution-driven role
  • Strong understanding of TikTok and how seeding translates into viral and revenue-generating growth
  • Solid knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and emerging creator platforms
  • Proven ability to build and maintain meaningful creator relationships (not just transactional outreach)
  • Experience managing or scaling product seeding and/or affiliate programs
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High sense of ownership, urgency, and follow-through

Bonus Qualifications

Experience working with DTC or eCommerce brands

Familiarity with affiliate platforms and tracking tools

Existing network of creator relationships
