Creative X Program Managers are a team of strategic creative leaders who work closely with marketers and product teams to plan and manage creative projects. Program Managers forecast work, ensure it is strategically aligned with marketing goals, mitigate issues and collaborate with cross-functional counterparts.

Responsibilities
Manage creative projects end-to-end to ensure successful delivery of various marketing efforts
* In partnership with Integrated and International Marketers, manage agency relationships for large scale integrated creative campaigns
* In partnership with Channel Leads, manage the development of always-on programs that exist outside of a campaign framework
* Prioritize competing needs and projects in partnership with Marketing and Product Leadership, balancing impact, company objectives and resources with sound reasoning and creative problem-solving
* Proactively identify challenges across marketing and advertising creative plans, taking a broad perspective to develop strategic, creative solutions
* Orchestrate how creative projects fit within the wider business portfolio, evaluating objectives, impact, risks and resources to guide investment and sequencing decisions
* Build and optimize systems, tools and standards that improve creative production within the organization
* Maintain brand integrity across all project deliverables, working closely within Design, Legal and Product guidance
* Mobilize the team towards forward progress, action, and results by anticipating needs and removing obstacles
* Effectively lobby and win support for marketing experiences, creative innovation and new initiatives
* Understand cross-functional partnerships and form relationships with Marketers, Insights/Analytics, Research, and Media leads
* Travel as needed to support key meetings or events

Qualifications
8+ years of client-facing experience within a creative agency or in-house, in a demonstrably equivalent role
* Experience in cross-functional collaboration, organizational design and systems planning
* Experience in leading cross-discipline teams and in leading external agency partners
* Creative operations experience in setting priorities, problem-solving, prioritizing competing workstreams, and negotiation
* Experience in creative planning and development, production, editorial, finishing, and delivery/traffic management
* Experience across major creative channels and large-scale integrated creative campaigns: This may include, but not be limited to, live action production, programmatic digital, social, influencer, events, on-ground activations Experience working with a large, global tech company
* Experience working with global brands at a local level
* Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
* 10+ years of client-facing experience within a creative agency or in-house, in a demonstrably equivalent role
* Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
* Interest in or experience with emerging technologies, specifically AI and wearable technologies
* Experience working as a cross-functional manager within a fast-paced, often ambiguous, start-up environment
* Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
