The Creative Studio Manager is pivotal to the success of the Creative department. This individual keeps the creative engine running smoothly by overseeing daily operations and managing projects from brief to delivery. The Creative Studio Manager will coordinate designers and resources, review budgets and timelines, and serve as a key liaison between Client Engagement and creative leadership, blending operational efficiency with creative support.
This individual understands all elements of the design process from end-to-end and is a great communicator who is people oriented. This important role allows designers to focus on the creative execution for our client projects. The Creative Studio Manager is comfortable managing a close-knit and collaborative team with a wide range of skills and personalities.

The expected compensation for this role is $78,000 to $114,000 CAD Compensation will be determined based on an applicant’s skills, competencies, experience, and qualifications. Employees may progress within this range over time based on performance, tenure, and internal equity considerations.
