Mission & Responsibilities
The mission is to build and run an in-house creative studio that consistently ships winning creative for paid acquisition, affiliates, and social distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
Studio Operating System: Own intake, prioritization, weekly planning, production schedules, QA, and asset library management.
Briefing: Translate performance needs into production-ready briefs, including angles, formats, and deadlines.
Shipping Cadence: Enforce a weekly delivery schedule for paid test plans, affiliate creative packs, and social needs.
Scalability: Create scalable templates, naming conventions, motion kits, and versioning rules.
Feedback Loops: Run post-launch reviews with Growth to analyze what won and determine next tests.
Requirements
Experience: 5+ years running creative production or operations; experience managing a studio pipeline.
Track Record: Proven experience leading a multi-lane pipeline supporting performance marketing.
Instincts: Strong judgment on hooks, pacing, and iteration (direct-response instincts).
Industry Background: Experienced B2C operators (SaaS, dating, iGaming, or adult platforms).
90-Day Success Roadmap
Week 1-2: Audit the pipeline, implement intake/SLA rules, and start weekly creative planning.
Weeks 3-6: Implement templates and asset library; standardize briefs and QA.
Weeks 7-12: Increase creative volume and win-rate; reduce cycle time.
