The Role

We are on the hunt for a highly imaginative and strategic Creative Strategist to elevate our content engine and drive performance through compelling storytelling. This role is vital to our brand’s voice and vision, responsible for conceiving and executing groundbreaking creative campaigns that resonate with audiences in both Malaysia and Singapore. You’ll thrive in a high-growth environment, deploying impactful ads while maintaining the highest creative standards.

Requirements

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Creative Campaign Leadership: Develop and execute innovative campaigns that align with our brand objectives and engage a global audience.
  • Content Creation: Lead the concepting, copywriting, scripting, and directing of attention-grabbing videos and visuals across multiple platforms.
  • Scaling Creative Output: Own the content creation process while implementing efficient systems for rapid creative turnaround.
  • Growth Strategy Development: Craft playbooks, frameworks, and testing strategies to unlock new avenues for growth.
  • Performance Analysis: Utilize metrics such as ROAS, CTR, and engagement rates to inform weekly creative optimizations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Product, Marketing, and CX teams to ensure creative integration and effectiveness.
  • AI Innovation: Leverage AI to streamline creative ideation, copywriting, and production workflows.
  • Customer Insight Mapping: Develop strategic customer personas and content that align with key marketing funnel stages and brand goals.

You’d Be a Fit If You

  • Have 2-5 years of experience in creative strategy, content creation, or performance roles.
  • Bring experience in scaling creative content at high-growth consumer brands.
  • Are well-organized and operate with high creative velocity in fast-paced environments.
  • Have the ability to view projects through the lens of our customers, ensuring our messaging always resonates.
  • Possesses knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine and herbal supplements, with the ability to translate complex medical concepts into layman's terms.
